Founded in 2009, Talos360 creates award-winning talent technology to streamline the recruitment process and improve employee engagement.
We are one of the most exciting and fastest growing people technology businesses in the UK. Our talent technology offers businesses a better way to attract engage and retain the best teams to thrive and grow.
Based at our state-of-the-art offices in Warrington, we have over 120 amazing people across multiple disciplines including, Business Development, Technical IT, Product Development, Customer Operations, Marketing, Finance and HR.

We are driven by a belief that every person can grow and develop their skills and we encourage all our people to own their development through personal developments plans.
We provide plenty of opportunities to gain knowledge and experience from supporting professional qualifications, to holding lunch and learn sessions. Our ethos is we want our people to develop their careers at Talos360, with opportunities to learn about all our departments, try new roles, and internal career opportunities and mobility is really important to us.
Making Work Fun
We are all about working hard, getting the job done, whilst having fun. Whether it’s sitting at the Talos360 bar or throwing a pie at one of our Founders for charity, the fun doesn’t stop. Happy people, creates happy customers!
We have a Social Team who regularly organises social events and celebrations for everyone to get involved in, whether its our annual Talos360 pub quiz or celebrating Pride month, there is always plenty going on at Talos360.
We also enjoy celebrating our success and saying thank you to our people at our annual Summer BBQ and End of Year Party.
Listening To Our People
We fully believe the key to a great culture is listening to our people and allowing them to influence the way we move forward. We carry out two people surveys a year and openly share the results along with our action plan on how we will make even more positive changes going forward.
